Christmas Concert

Thank you to everyone who came to support our Christmas Concert on Tuesday evening. It was lovely to see so many of our pupils sharing their talents and performing with such confidence.  The whole event was a true reflection of our inclusive ethos and it was heart-warming to see how our pupils express themselves through music.

We can now look forward to our next whole school production, which will be “Shrek the Musical” in March. Watch this space….!

Cinderella at the Queens Theatre

Last week, our Year 7 & 8 Pupils had an incredible time attending Cinderella at the Queens Theatre, Hornchurch! Not only was the performance magical, but our students truly were a credit to the school, displaying exemplary behavior and enthusiasm throughout.

A particular highlight was meeting the talented cast after the show

We’d like to extend a massive thank you to the amazing team of teachers and support staff who made this trip possible.

Your hard work and dedication ensured it was a memorable experience for all..

ESCB Online Safety Campaign

Essex Safeguarding Children Board

Online safety is as important as ever in the lead up to the festive season with technology and gadgets high on the wish list for many young people this Christmas.

The Essex Safeguarding Children Board (ESCB) are reminding parents and carers that if their child does receive a new device or games consoles for Christmas, it’s important to set them up correctly to keep children safe when online – the parental controls installed on previous devices may need checking and setting up again.

Concerns about child exploitation can be reported anonymously via Crimestoppers 0800 555111.

There is also a dedicated Essex Police Child Exploitation hotline – for parents, carers and members of the public to seek advice around concerns they may have about their own or other children with regards to criminal and sexual exploitation: 01245 452058.
